This could be misleading, but Steve Jobs said this himself today at the iPhone 4 press conference — “So what percentage have called AppleCare? 0.55% Just one half of one percent.” — He also mentioned that iPhone 4 has a return rate of 1.7% which is lower than the previous iPhone 3GS 6% customer return rate.
