Less than one week in and the Xbox 360 Slim’s already giving people problems - who woulda thunk it? We haven’t heard of this being a major problem all across the board, and perhaps this guy just got unlucky with a DOA system, but this definitely isn’t giving Microsoft any street cred. The Blendtec wiz is at it again, and this time he is stuffing a new Apple iPhone 4 into the blender. The addition of slow motion just emphasizes the beating this iPhone is taking - I mean the glass practically peels off after 15 seconds and the metal casing gets bent to shreds.

Apple, AT&T Sued over sudden iPad data plan changesToday, a lovely class action lawsuit has been submitted against AT&T and Apple, claiming fraud and misrepresentation. The meat and potatoes of this is that both Apple and AT&T “deceptively promoted” that they could switch, between the unlimited plan and the 250MB plan.
