This Gaming Chair is Better Than Yours

If this doesn’t make you completely flip out, We don’t know what will.

This is called the “4star Formula 1 Simulator” and it is maybe the strangest way to play a racing sim.

“Why is is flailing all over the place? A car doesn’t move like that!” - the movement of this thing is not meant to simulate the way the car moves, it’s meant to simulate the feelings you will get driving a sportscar.

Newborn Dies Because Parents Decide to Raise Virtual Child Instead

A Korean couple let their newborn starve to death so they could raise a virtual child online - and were finally sentenced to 2 years in prison. It seemed they just didn’t find their real child interesting enough, so they decided to spend 10 hours a day at internet cafe’s, while their baby was left to fend for itself. They fed their child only once a day, which was often spoonfuls of spoiled baby formula, and when she cried for more, the parents would beat her. You’d think this baby girl died because of the beatings, but she didn’t - she starved to death.

Video - The New Version of Digg with Kevin Rose

The new version of Digg is almost here, and there is a mixture of opinions with fans - some say its great, and its going to be a breath of fresh air. Others claim that “the old Digg is gone” and that this is going to ruin what Digg used to be. I have to admit, I love this new revision, and I will probably end up using Digg a lot more, but it was working before, so what makes this better? - Kevin Rose explains…

iPad Steering Wheel Mount is "Safer than your radio"

iPad Steering Wheel Mount is "Safer than your radio"

We didn’t know if this was an actual attempt to be “innovative”, or an original way to die in a horrible, fiery car crash.

It’s ovbviously fake, because if you really dig down into their website you can find a little easter egg - on their about page, which says that they are “covered by several patents” and one of them is Patent 5,162,150 a.k.a Duct Tape.

Thank god its fake…

Video - Bill Gates thoughts on the iPad

What does Bill gates think of the iPad? “No Comment”, thats all - The Boston Globe had some sit-down time with Bill, and asked him one simple question: “What do you think of the iPad?” After coyly dancing around the matter, and insisting that “Windows did it first”, he threw up his arms and finally said, “No comment”. Mr. Gates, Windows may have done it first, but Apple seems to have made it work without a plastic pen. And what’s the big deal? Didn’t you retire already?!

Video - Entire Star Wars Story with Lego

According to dzine123 on Youtube, this is “The Fastest and Funniest LEGO Star Wars story ever told” and that may be the truest thing I have read today.

This is the epitome of the perfect stop-motion mash up to one of the most famous stories ever told - Star Wars (and there have been lots of them).

I can’t find the words to describe how awesome this video is…

Inside the Brilliant Mind of Leo Laporte

Every Sunday after lunch, thousands gather to watch TWiT Live - and it is hard to explain to your non-tech-savvy parents and friends what TWiT is. “A podcast?” they say, “what the heck is a podcast? Is it for your iPod?” and you say with great urgency, “no no no… its a Netcast!”

What Leo Laporte has done for thousands of geeks, is the most giving thing anyone can do. He has taken time, effort, and the courage to pass by the nighmares of TechTV, and move forward, ushering in a new era of intelligent entertainment for the individuals who don’t want to watch someone bark information at them. He has created a community; a following of people who are together, proving that you don’t need mounds of money, fancy film sets and big lights to make yourself heard - you just need to understand the mind of Leo Laporte…
