Next Zelda game to be "Radically Different", Surprise announcement at E3

Yes, I know, The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks hasn't even come out yet and they are already talking about the next Zelda for the Wii. Apparently, a producer working on the next unannounced Zelda has told Official Nintendo Magazine UK that gamers should expect a surprise at next year's E3.  Going against what Mario mastermind, Shigeru Miyamoto said months ago, when he stated that the new Zelda title wouldn't change all too much from what we've been used to. Hmmm....

Still, a new Zelda for the Wii has me more than a little excited for next year's E3 announcement. What do you guys think about this change? Should Nintendo stick to its original formula? Or does the series need a Wind Waker-like breath of fresh air to be revitalized?

Wii Review: New Super Mario Bros. Wii

To be brutally honest, when I first saw the premiere trailer for New Super Mario Bros. Wii... I wasn't excited by any stretch of the imagination. I pretty much just sat in my chair with my mouth wide open, just thinking to myself, "how could this be Nintendo's choice for their holiday game?" But as the day's drew near to its release, and as I watched new images and gameplay come in, slowly, yet surely, my position had completely changed on where I stood with the game. I HAD to have this game.

Well, it came in... I played it... I beat it... and now the only thing left to do is review it.

Windows 8 already On The horizon?

Windows 7 has become the miracle child that everyone was praying for, so why leak out your plan for Windows 8 so soon? Win 7 has barely been out a month, and it's install base must still be pretty weak compared to what it will eventually become. That being said, I'm not sure if people would like knowing that something bigger and better is coming out so soon - well, then again, 3 years is a LOT of time in the tech world. Heck, by then we could all be communicating with our computers via telepathy for all we know, and I'm sure we'd all like to see that.

Brizzly is Twitter and Facebook's adopted baby

Today, Brizzly.com was made available for the public to use. You're asking yourself right now: "And why do I care?" Well, you'll care because it seamlessly merges Facebook and Twitter into one convenient stop. Why open two tabs, when you can just have one? That's the basic logic behind this mash up, and it does a decent job at presenting both well.

Its UI is a bit plain looking, and I'm not sure if I'm converted just yet, but it's a time saver... of sorts.

Give it a shot at Brizzly.com

Got Banned from Xbox live for a mod you didn't commit? Take MS to court!

Or so one law firm by the name of Abington IP wants to do.

About two weeks ago Microsoft banned about 1 million accounts from its LIVE service because of detected mods and other such things on consoles. There was a bit of a backlash since Modern Warfare 2, Left4Dead 2, and other hit games who utilize Xbox live were about to ship to market. The actual pirates and modifiers themselves fought back, even going so far as calling Stephen Toulouse, the enforcer of all things on Xbox Live, and sending him death threats.

How to Tie up your Earbuds the RIGHT way

I've tried tons of different way how to put my earbuds away. I've wrapped them around my iPod, thrown them into my pocket entangled, and I've done the wrap around my fingers thing - I've tried them all, and nothing seems to stop them from getting worn. I have headphones that I have on the side, but I use the default iPhone earbuds to listen to my music - to me they're perfect, so I don't want them crapping out on me and having to go out and buy a new pair for something around $30.

This tutorial is perfect for my problem. Maybe it might teach you a thing or two too?

Dell releases Studio 17" with multitouch display - $900

Multitouch seems to be all the rage, now that we see the success it brought the iPhone. Dell is not letting any opportunities slip by. They have now rolled out a new Studio 17" laptop with a Multitouch Display, for 900 bones! You can customize it to your liking with stuff like Pentium Dual Core or Core 2 Duo processors, a maximum 8GB of RAM, up to 1TB of storage, integrated Intel or discrete ATI graphics, and an optional Blu-ray drive, and of course the arm-tiring multitouch. Does it make sense, maybe. Do we want one, hell yes!
