12 Minutes of glorious Battlefield 3 gameplay footage
Well, it looks like Battlefield has layed it all out on the table and gamers are going crazy. It has been deemed the “Call of Duty Killer” and people keep noting it “could have better graphics than Crysis 2” — all we know is we want this on our computer now and every minute we can’t play some Battlefield 3 we have to watch this video.
Potatopocalypse: Everything you need to know about Portal 2's ARG
Well, I’m sure you’ve all heard by now that Valve is offering to release Portal 2 early, if enough people “contribute their CPUs” to reactivate GLaDOS by playing any of the games offered in the Potato Pack on Steam. It’s been one hell of an effective marketing ploy by Valve, and they’re one of the only companies I know that can get the community to band together for a common goal, while sharing the profits, not just with themselves but with the indie community as well. Let’s take an in-depth look at Valve’s latest ARG!

BlackBerry PlayBook Unboxing - Video
It’s that time to unbox something again, and CrackBerry has just the thing to break into — the brand new BlackBerry PlayBook packaging. The packing itself is really fresh compared to a lot of other BlackBerry gear, and the PlayBook itself looks just fantastic. We really hope the PlayBook can provide Apple a run for it’s money, because so far nobody has managed to even chip away at Apple’s ruthless grip on the tablet industry.
From inside the @Milk Office - Photo collection
Not too long ago, Kevin Rose left Digg and started his own company called Milk. The company’s Twitter account and it’s employees have been tweeting out photos from inside their new offices, and like a lot of folks who follow Kevin Rose and his endevours, it’s awesome to have a rare opportunity to watch a company evolve from day one. Here are some photos from inside the Milk offices — feel free to add more in the comments.

Apple Employees to everyone struggling: "It gets better"
This is one of the most selfless things I have seen a company do. Apple produced a video of their employees talking about intense personal struggle in regards to sexual orientation and how it almost drove them to end their lives — but the main reason I loved this video was there was no Apple branding whatsoever and Apple wasn’t even mentioned in the video at any point. This was absolutley a genuine motion to help the Trevor Project and for that we give Apple mad respect.
TweetBot for iPhone - Review
TapBots have been the creative minds behind some of the best apps ever created for Apple’s iPhone, including PasteBot, ConvertBot and CalcBot. Now they’re hatching a new experience called TweetBot, their first Twitter client for iPhone. Sure, it’s a first release and it is missing a few things and has a few bugs, but TapBot’s new app has been taking the world by storm since the day it was released. — Our review after the break!
Gmail now allows custom background images
When selecting a background image for Gmail did you ever feel limited by your selection? Well, I’ll tell you that I was. There was only one that I could find that really spoke to me, but after months of having it stare back at while checking my mail I was ready for something new. Thankfully, Google is now allowing you to upload custom backgrounds. — Details after the break!
