Timeline of Quotes from Steve Jobs - Infographic

Steve Jobs is one of those people nobody has ever figured out, like a one man Illuminati, needling the thread through the tech industry. It seems as if everything he says will come true, does in fact come true and the things Apple creates shape the world we live in. He’s one of the most interesting people in our history and this infographic of quotes clearly shows that.

Animated short "Going to the store" is strangely perfect - Video

Created by Tron Legacy animator David Lewandowski — This short film is none other than a big bowl of WTF to spice up your day and make it a little more interesting. Watch this at work, watch it at dinner. For some odd reason, we can’t stop watching it. We really have no words to describe it other than perfect, but we have no idea why it should be.

Amazing Fallout Pip-Boy 3000 DIY project

Video game gadgets have been brought to life many times, usually as props or less elaborate versions of their virtual counterpart but usually astounding either way. It’s rare to find a piece of video game gear that works like it does in the game itself and this is exactly what has been accomplished with this Pip-Boy 3000 DIY project. It’s startling to see the similarities in the video and although there are a few things built differently, it’s still awesome to see the effort that’s been put into this project.

Accelorglove lets you control robots to pick up balls with your hands - (Video)

It’s pretty funny how easy one piece of gaming technology (i.e. Nintendo’s Powerglove or Xbox’s Kinect) can have such an inspirational kick for the rest of the world’s thinkers. Here we see the Accelorglove ONR which could be the beginning to a new age in unmanned robots — though I just don’t understand why you can just use a remote control… you’re still using your hands…

Could this be the Batcave in The Dark Knight Rises? - (Photos)

We’ve known for a while now that the famous lair of the Caped Crusader would be featured in The Dark Knight Rises, but we just didn’t know exactly what that meant. To our knowledge, we had already seen it before in the first movie when “Rachel!!!” screaming Batman jumped through that waterfall. Well, from what these pictures tell us, the cave has gotten a huge upgrade in design. — More after the break!

Netflix and Starz parting ways, taking its movies with it

Streaming has come a long ways since the initial days Netflix went live with its streaming content. C and B Movies were pretty much all they had to offer, that is until people like Starz came in and filled the void with films such as Unbreakable. Since then there’s been a snowball effect in which studio after studio has made a deal with Netflix to allow their content to be seen by the masses. But now it looks like Starz is having second thoughts and not renewing its contract with the streaming service. — More after the break!

Guy shielded by bullet proof windshield gets shot at with AK-47, point blank - Video

It’s pretty nuts to think that there’s such thing as glass that a rifle like the AK-47 can’t even penetrate. I mean, when the guy behind the glass swipes it after to see if it’s been cracked in the interior (and it isn’t) is pretty wild, and the fact that he trusts the glass so much to stand behind it without protection is just beyond me. They’re mad men I tell you!
