2010 iPod Touch, 6th Gen iPod nano/shuffle Cases Leak

It’s only a matter of time before we get a leaked picture of the actual device but for now, we have the leaked cases of the alleged 4th gen iPod Touch and 6th gen iPod nano/4th gen iPod shuffle cases. I strongly believe that the two top cases are actually iPod shuffle cases due to the fact that there are holes which suggest a clip similar to the ones found on the 2 latest generations of iPod shuffle. The screen is obviously a touchscreen or some other sort of huge rectangular shaped controller. On one side of the case, we have a dock connector and a volume rocker of sorts neighbored by a hold switch.

Most interestingly, however, are the iPod Touch cases. Until now, we had all assumed that Apple would be carrying over the design of the iPhone 4 to the new iPod Touch. But as an intelligent commenter points out on iLounge, the shape appears to be the same as the current iPod Touch. The camera hole is there and is where the antenna would be found on an iPod Touch today. As it is highly unlikely that they simply swapped spots with the camera, it is possible that there is some sort of new antenna design similar to the iPhone 4’s. This is all based on the assumption that this leak is legit and will actually be for the products launching on September 1st…
