t3ch Review - Logitech M500 Performance Mouse

I like to play PC games but I'm not a huge PC gamer, I tend to stick with consoles. So I decided that I wanted a decent mouse that wasn't too expensive, and I think I may have just found one: The Logitech M500 Performance.  It features a 4 way scroll wheel, "hyperfast" scrolling, and support for Windows and Mac OSX. Let's get things started...

Specifications

Laser Tracking

4-way scroll wheel

Hyper-fast scrolling

USB 2.0 connection

Support for Windows and Mac OS X

Hyper-scrolling is nothing special, but for those of you who haven't already figured it out, it is a very sensitive scroll wheel.

Pros:

- Very comfortable (if you are right-handed)

- Back and forward buttons on the side of the mouse

- Nice Sensitivity

- Relatively cheap

- Connects via USB

- It looks pretty sexy

Cons:

- Hyper-scrolling can be a bit too fast

- Some times your thumb hits the back or forward button when you don't want it too

Build Quality

We all want a mouse that is going to last over time no matter what happens to it; I've dropped it on the floor, and even knocked a drink on it and it's still working fine. Also, none of the buttons stick like on my old mouse.

This mouse is very good, though, it'd suck if you're left-handed. It feels comfortable, it's sensitive; for the money I think this mouse is great for playing FPS games and being used for PC gaming. I highly recommend it.
