App of the Week: 360 Live

Ever since I purchased an iPhone I have tried to find the best app for Xbox Live. I've gone through so 
many of them that I gave up for a while. Most Xbox apps are annoying, don't work well, don't do what they should, and are a complete waste of time and money. Thankfully, I decided to look again and this time stumbled upon 360Live. It's simplistic but does everything I would want.
Designed for hardcore Xbox 360 gamers and iPhone owners, 360 Live is a gorgeous looking application that retrieves your Xbox Live information. The app allows you to see you friends list, check status, send and check messages, as well as gamer pictures, avatars, latest games, achievements, and much more. This app is more for the hardcore gamers, or gamers who want to check which of their friends is online before they hop on.
The loading of the app can vary drastically. Sometimes it will be super quick while other times it will be about 20 seconds, even on wifi. A cool feature about the app is that you can look up any Xbox title and see information on the game. Ever been with friends talking about Xbox Live and wanting to add them? Well, now you can also add them to your friends list straight from you cell.
The app is very simple so there's really not much more to review. Sadly, it doesn't ping you or anything when a friend messages you but it's still cool because you can send and receive messages. The app is a little bit pricey for what it does, but that's why I said it's designed for the "hardcore" gamers. I highly recommend the app to Xbox Live fanatics!
