Apple, AT&T Sued over sudden iPad data plan changes

Today, a lovely class action lawsuit has been submitted against AT&T and Apple, claiming fraud and misrepresentation. The meat and potatoes of this is that both Apple and AT&T “deceptively promoted” that they could switch, between the unlimited plan and the 250MB plan. Now people who opt in for the unlimited plan cannot switch back to a limited plan. Awww fooey! - Read more
