Google Launches SSL Secure Search

Discuss this Discuss this ()Options

Google announced today that it is extending its advanced SSL abilities to Google search. They have long provided SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) support for Gmail and Google Docs but this is the first time basic search has received SSL support.

This seems very useful, and we shouldn’t question why its here, its just another thing that’s there whenever we need it - Like at an airport, coffee shop or a hotel. Don’t want anyone knowing what you search, do you? - Read more
