BitComet
BitComet takes a unique approach to torrenting that a lot of users will find appealing. The app uses an interface heavily borrowed from Windows Explorer — with a touch from the basic BitTorrent template — that will surely give users an instantly familiar experience.
Vuze
Formerly known as Azureus, Vuze takes things to a whole new level. Vuze takes the BitTorrent foundation and builds on top of it, bringing a network for video discovery and user-created video publishing to the table, as well as social networking. The actual application is real eye candy as well!

BitSpirit is torrenting for dummies, and is probably the most easy to use torrent client around. There’s nothing really exciting about BitSpirit, but what makes it one of the best is that it does torrenting really well. Clean, simple and effective.
Transmission
Transmission is the only torrenting app you need if you don’t use Windows. Available on Mac, every distro of Linux imaginable and even embedded systems like the WD MyBook or the ReadyNAS. Truly a champion when it comes to other OS support.
