    Nexus One running Android 2.3 Gingerbread up for sale on Craigslist

    If you lived in any place other than the Bay Area, you would most likely deem this as complete BS. But living in the Silicon Valley, I’ve learned a bit more about strange items for sale online. Today, we’ve got a Nexus One supposedly running Android 2.2 (aka Gingerbread). Now how the heck did this lucky fella get ahold of the unreleased OS? After contacting the seller, it turns out his brother works at Google and gave him the ROM as a gift. If everything turns out as planned, we should have a video preview of Gingerbread on this phone up on the site soon. In the meantime, $400 will admit you one Gingerbread running Nexus One if you live in the Bay Area.
