Amazing Guitar Cover of "Derezzed" by Daft Punk
So often we have guitar covers of people jamming to a song that’s already designed for a guitar, but rarely do we see people take the guitar into a new domain and shred it up. swanthewhitepig posted this on Youtube more than a month ago and it already has 20,000 views, and rightly so! Electric guitar meets the Tron Daft Punk soundtrack!
Apple products trigger "religious" reaction in user's brains
The photo above shows a computer store, on a regular day opening their doors at 9AM as always. The thing that makes that day different is that they have an extra product on their shelf, and today is the day they decide to let people buy it. The company we’re talking about is Apple, and having hundreds of people crowded around each of their 300 of stores for the release of their new product is a pretty regular thing — but doesn’t this seem a bit strange, for a computer company?

Call of Duty meets Hipsters with Cameras - Video
This really needs no explanation. It’s an all out battle of wits at “F-stop Ridge” where instead of ammo belts, there’s film. Instead of barrels and silencers, there’s giant lenses, and instead of satelite communication, there’s some dude holding a 1940’s camera flash hooked into an iPhone 4 through some technological miricle. It’s the most hipster video you’ll watch this year, but it will still be awesome because you can pretend they’re using guns.
The Okay Geek Show - Episode 2
This is our first video podcast, and we’re so proud we managed to do it live on Friday, all in one take. This episode, Ricardo and Brandon start the conversation talking about The Office season finale and how well it held up. Then they move onto some talk about Batman, Microsoft’s new “free Xbox” deal and the very sad passing of “Macho Man” Randy Savage. So get ready for an awesome episode, and please leave suggestions on how we can make the video episodes better — audio version is still available to download as MP3 and in iTunes.
Microsoft's entire map of random companies they have bought - Infographic
If you don’t know how to make it, buy it right? Well, that’s the way Microsoft has worked since day one. One of Microsoft’s recent endevoures was purchasing Skype (and we all hope they won’t screw the pooch), but Microsoft doesn’t just buy companies up — Microsoft also owns huge chunks of Facebook and Apple. The reality is, that’s 3 companies in total, but the list of companies bought by Microsoft is massive, so it’s been broken down into a subway map style infographic.
