MG Siegler over at TechCrunch has taken a (somewhat overly dramatic) leap of faith into becoming Cable TV-less and he has just as many reasons to quit as 80% of the population — but the difference is, he is actually doing something about it. Who knows if he’ll stick to his guns, but we applaud him for shining a light on today’s customer service and how failure of communication with customers can wreck an industry.
