Apple is releasing Bluetooth keyboard and mighty mouse - is it for the Tablet?

Well, well, what's this? A brand new Apple Bluetooth keyboard and mighty mouse have arrived at the FCC, and they've got new model numbers of A1314 and A1296 -- the current wireless keyboard is A1255 and the Mighty Mouse is A1197.
This gets us thinking, is the speculation of a new mighty mouse related to this at all? Nevertheless, this is very exciting and this will open up doors for not only the desktop market, but also the Portable and laptop market.
Another question arises also -- is this one of the pieces in preparation for Apple's perposed Tablet (read more here) and will it be released after, or before the tablet is released? Why we wonder this is no doubt, this would be the ultimate accessory for the tablet, because the tablet is not going to have a built in keyboard and this would be really neat for maybe, coming home after having it on the road, and docking it (like a monitor) and then using the mouse and keyboard as peripherals instead of touch (maybe get typing and other stuff done faster)
