Windows 7 dominates October OS sales

Let's be fair, Windows has had quite a leg up on the competition when it comes to market penetration. Its operating systems is the staple to all PC's around the globe. I like to think of Apple's products as the stylish higher-end stuff that isn't necessarily "better" per se, but classier to say the least. That said, Windows 7 dominated sales in October over both Apple's Snow Leopard and Linux combined. We can only imagine the margin to grow wider over the holiday season when millions of people will be getting PC's, laptops, and netbooks as gifts.
