Right off the bat the latest known details are:

It looks much nicer in person compared to images posted online
Contains a 4GB mini-SD card
Screen is OLED with 480 x 854 resolution
Unlocked right out of the box
T-Mobile 3G yes, At&t 3G no, Edge yes
Calls are not connected via VoIP
No Multi-touch support inside of Browser or Google Maps
Super fast and snappy
Uses Micro-USB port

The Nexus One is taking over Droid's spotlight, and Google wouldn't have it any other way. Thanks to TnkGrl for shelling out all the details. Can't wait to get my hands on one of these guys to play with.
