Yuck - the new 27-inch iMac is not working

Ok, I am going to say it, the new 27" iMac sucks, and a lot of people are thinking the exact same thing. Their giant screens are failing left and right, and they were shipping DOA last month. MG Siegler from TechCrunch has been noticing his new iMac is sucking pretty bad.
I’m back with the same constant flickering and random screen shutoffs that have plagued many of us. It basically makes the machine unusable.

Apparently thousands of people are ranting and raving over at the Apple support forums and 99% of them are blazing mad. Earlier this month, it was reported that Apple was delaying
further shipments of the 27-inch iMacs until it could get to the bottom of the screen issue. Lots of us thought that it would be the end of this, but unfortunately it was not. Lets hope the issue gets fixed soon, or Apple could loose its credibility of building "perfect" computers.
