Install

BACKUP your bloodfx, peddamage and fxprojtext files!

common\data\effects
pc\textures

Extract common and pc folders into your GTAIV folder.
OR
Move them manually

bloodfx.dat to:
common\data\effects

peddamage and fxprojtex to:
pc\textures
