How to make Firefox, IE and every other browser a lot faster
I have taken a little adventure around the net and have learned quite a few ways to make your browser a lot faster. A lot of these types of tutorials are for one type of browser, but I decided to find the best of the best and make an easy peasy guide to making your internet connection faster and optimizing your browser speed. Im sure it will make your favorite websites load blistering fast and I'll make sure to separate it into five parts -- Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari and Opera.
the Browser
This could be the most important step to making the internet faster for you. Essentially the Browser is the program you are using now, like Firefox, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome among others. The browser not only displays the webpages for you, but it has to be in tip-top shape to handle what we call "rendering a webpage" -- that means getting all the required information like Javascript, Images, Videos and CSS, and reading them separately, then mushing it all together to create what you see here.
The sucky part is if you dont take care of your browser, it will get all rusty and sucky. Heres how to get your browser all fixed up and ready to go.
Firefox
Firefox has been known to be super fast to begin with, or just after the first install, but over time it slows down drastically, making you wonder "why am I even using this?". There are a couple of tricks you need to know about to bring the fox back to life. They range from simple settings and preferences to in-depth advanced tweaks.

Internet Explorer
Personally I hate Internet Explorer with a passion. It is slow, unstable, unsecure and is falling behind -- thus not allowing you to enjoy certain webpages properly, like the one you are on now. You may have noticed that sites like Youtube (among thousands) have quit supporting IE for the sole reason of IE not being able to keep up with todays standards that webpages require. It is a very poor browser, and on behalf of everyone at T3ch H3lp, we strongly recommend you use a different browser. If you are In a situation where you are not comfortable using a different browser, or you are un-able to change browsers for one reason or another, we have some nifty little tricks to get IE up to snuff.

Google Chrome
Google Chrome is designed to be ultra light-weight and easy to use, but for some it is too light-weight. Google Chrome is already fast and is only getting faster with every update. It is lightweight and super easy to change settings and manage addons and personal data like cache and cookies (yum). The only things that you can try to improve in Google Chrome is making it more feature rich and actually adding things to it. I'm sure this will not slow things down but try not to go too crazy!

Safari
Safari is usually best on a Mac and sometimes ventures out to Windows (why, we don't know) but, on the Mac, it is an elegant and well made piece of software from the iHeavens that supports every web 2.0 standard and is pretty fast, but could it be better? Yes. Even though Safari is praised with being the ultimate browser for the Mac, some people prefer to use Firefox on their Mac rather then Safari. But why? -- speed: even though Safari is one of the faster browsers, it still is a bit on the sluggish end most of the time -- here is a neat eBook style tutorial on how to make Safari run "lightning fast".

Opera
And last, but not least. Opera is one of the most out-of-the-box, fully featured browsers on the market and thats why a lot of people like it. Its all there, no more finding addons and plugins and then mucking around with settings and such, its all there from the start and that is a good thing right? Well, mostly. Having all those snazzy features in your browser all the time can really slow it down, thus bleaching your browsing experience. I found a neat set of tips that is sure to help you out!
