Weekend Vids: Evolution and Change in our world

On this installment of Weekend Vids - Ricardo is usually the caretaker of Weekend Vids, but he is away back in California so I'm going to be taking the wheel for this week, and hopefully I don't break anything. This weeks Weekend Vids is all about "Change" and evolving, so we will be looking at some really unique videos done by people like you and me [...]

Subprime - The evolution of houses

This is a fantastic video done by Beeple on Vimeo, and is sure to impress even the most snobby video editor. It has a super unique style to it, and it has that "super well made" feel to it. The attention to detail is obsessive and the music is fantastic. This is a keeper.

Did you know? - The Evolution and future of Social Tech

This one is a real mind effer, and it will certainly get you thinking about a few things -- who knew that 95% of all music was pirated? Who knew that the average American teen sends over 2,000 texts in a month? Truly eye-opening and a real showcase of what is to come.

Artificial Paradise, Inc - A glimpse into what happens after humans

This is one of those videos that is just plain awesome! The use of lighting and different sounds is truly intriguing, and almost spooky. This is one of the most unique approaches to the whole "Robots control the universe" I have ever seen, and I hope you enjoy as well. This wicked video was made by JP Frenay on Vimeo.
