All of a sudden - iPad is taken home by people

These are some of the thousands of people waiting in line for the iPad today - At Apple’s 5th avenue signature store, “The Cube”. These people will be taking home an iPad, and be pinching photos and wiggling internets all day. The most likely person to get the iPad first is Greg Packer, who also got the first iPhone, but at this particular store the NYPD are there with barriers galore, dealing with the masses of tired, impatient and somewhat raging people waiting for their iThing. Chilly feet, tired keyboard fingers and a coffee-less morning are what these people are going to experience. Let’s just hope that there is a “Will it blend” segment as soon as possible.
