Attention - Beat Hazard is Gaming Perfection

Simple and to the point, Beat Hazard, developed by the independent studio, Cold Beam Games, is a new take on the old Asteroids style gameplay but with a musical twist. What makes this game so awesome is that it uses the music located on your hard drive and changes the intensity of the game depending on how hardcore your music is. So literally the experience changes every time you play a new song, and so everything varies on your taste in tunes.
But why am I talking about this now when the games been available on the Xbox 360 since late last year? Well, how about the fact that game was just released on PC and is now available via Steam for less than $10. A mix of retro gaming along with achievements and leaderboards, and not to mention your own personal soundtrack, makes Beat Hazard one of the raddest sit downs I’ve had with a game in recent memory. And y’know, sometimes a casual game like this is all you need to relax and feel like a true gamer.
