Your Windows PC can boot in under 10 seconds - Phoenix Instant Boot

This is truely mind blowing, to see millions of operations and thousands of files load in under 3 seconds. This is Phoenix Instant Boot. Its a highly optimized UEFI implementation that can start loading an OS in just under a second, and that is more convenient than drink holders in your pants.

The truely amaizing part is it exists now and there is proof. A new Dell Adamo hit the Windows desktop in 20 seconds, while a Lenovo T400s with a fast SSD got there in under 10. This video is epic and goes to show this is the only way to boot your PC in under 10 seconds today. It will be out soon XD

MMS for iPhone arrives tomorrow (Friday) says AT&T

In a post on AT&T's Facebook fanpage, (which people really seemed to like :P) they are launching MMS for the iPhone on Sept 25th and that is soon. That is tomorrow!

While a few iPhone users luckely discovered MMS on their iPhones earlier this month for some odd reason, the rest of you will be able to finally get MMS by way of a new carrier settings update that can be downloaded through iTunes.

I am excited, and so is everyone else!

See the AT&T Facebook post here

Microsoft's Pink phones - Pictures leaked

It looks likes someone at Microsoft is sloppy with where they leave their confidential files sitting around. Gizmodo has gotten their hands on some images allegedly of the Pink smartphone that we've been hearing about lately.

But the main question is, what the hell is this. If this is fake, I can understand. But this is looking to be real, and either Microsoft thinks their main demographic is 4-8 year olds, or Fisher Price is Microsofts new leading cosmetic department.

Let us all pray that the final product is not this, but something that looks at least half as good as the Zune HD. On Gizmodo they pointed out that "Project Pink is Microsoft's new phone for regular people," and "Pink will be primarily aimed at the same market as the Sidekick." Lets hope it pans out ok, and um.... yeah.

Zune HD vs iPod Touch - Compared

The iPod Touch is a solid and legendary multimedia device, as its ancestors was 7 years ago. The iPod Touch is so popular in fact, it is worrying Apple, as the iPod touch is just as popular as the iPhone, and with a yummy combo of AT&T's crappy service and no MMS for like 2 years, the people are wavering away to the iPod Touch,  because of that.

The Zune HD on the other hand is a little late into the race, but is evolving fast. The Zune creates more of an overall experience than the iPod, because of the superb Desktop software and the Windows Live integration (and don't forget the subscription based music service!) but still lacks in the app store department. You be the judge.
