Gran Turismo 5 delayed... for like the 5th time - literally

According to the Official Playstation Blog, Gran Turismo 5 will not be making its November 2nd release date - surprise, surprise. The delay is worldwide, and there’s no official word yet on just why this has happened for like the millionth time. More details after the break.
So when can we expect this racing giant to hit store shelves?
Playstation Blog says:
We sincerely apologize to GT fans for the delay, however, creator Kazunori Yamauchi and the team at Polyphony Digital want to make certain they are creating the perfect racing experience, and we are confident that this ambitious game will exceed expectations when it launches.
We’ll have more information for you in the near future.
Other sources are saying that it should be releasing within this Holiday season, but whenever that is is completely up in the air. Sorry racing fans! Guess it’s back to playing Forza 3 for now.
