Halo 2600 on the Atari - Play it Online Now

Ever wonder what Halo might’ve looked like if it were released back during the days of the Atari 2600?Well, wonder no more now that Ed Fries, Microsoft’s ex-VP of games publishing, went ahead and made himself his own version of what the 2600 experience would’ve been like.

The game of Halo 2600 is available now and can be played online HERE, but that’s not all…

When the game made its public debut at the Classic Gaming Expo in Las Vegas this past weekend there were 500 limited edition real life, playable Atari cartridges made up of the game  - see them here.

This should tie you Halo fans over until Reach makes its way to store shelves.
