HP Envy 17 3D and Envy 14 Beats Edition Announced

The HP Envy series has always been an item of interest to me since the launch of the Envy 13 and 15. At first, they were just Macbook Pro clones, but with the introduction of the Envy 17 and Envy 14 (and now the 17 3D and 14 Beats), it’s clear that HP is now trying to do something very different and more impressive. First off, the Envy 17 3D is basically a stock Envy 17 with an AMD powered 3D technology slapped on. It comes with the shutter glasses and will support 3D Blu-Ray discs at launch.
But if you’re more into music and things of that sort, the Envy 14 Beats will interest you a whole lot more. Basically, it’s a revised Envy 15 Beats, cramming in a red backlit keyboard, and Beats by Dr. Dre Solo’s, and a new casing.
