Asus UX21 ultrathin laptop hands on with Myriam Joire
Our good friend Myriam Joire visited Computex this year and decided to get some hands on with the Asus UX21. A Core i7 CPU, SATA III SSD, USB 3.0 all inside a metal enclosure reminds us of the Macbook Air, and right now the Air isn’t looking so hot. The UX21 also features a glass trackpad, a chicklet metal keyboard and a 2 second time to wake from sleep. It’s definitely going to give the Air a run for it’s money, but will it be able to beat the $1000 price point?

Razer Switchblade and Onza - Everything we know so far
Let’s just say right now this is one of the craziest and greatest gaming concepts we’ve seen so far - and we’ve seen quite a lot. Yesterday at CES, Razer pulled the sheets off a device known as the Switchblade concept and released the Razer Onza for purchase, which we saw previewed last year. — More details after the break!
Lenovo LePad U1 Hybrid shows up at CES again
Feeling like you’ve seen this before? That’s because technically you have. Remembering back to CES 2010, Lenovo displayed what originally looked like a very intriguing product, the U1 Hybrid — a laptop by day, and a tablet by night (or at least when you detached the screen from the shell). Not too shabby, but this year the company’s come back with yet another hybrid and this time its running a mix of Windows 7 and Android. — More details after the break!
New MacBook Air, Meet Colorware
Oh, you thought Colorware would leave the new MacBook Air untouched? Your dreams have no doubt been crushed at this point. A $1870 buy new option for the lowest end 11.6” might leave you wondering if you should’ve gotten a MacBook Pro instead but at least your super niche market will be even more unique right? More pricing options and traditional Colorware video after the break!

Dual Screen Laptop - Not as cool as you might think
I first got to take a look at a similar Dual Screen Laptop concept by MSI at CES earlier this year. And while it may have looked to be one of the coolest things imaginable, as Jon Rettinger of Techno Buffalo points out, in the real world it’s completely useless.
This is the Toshiba Libretto.
The Unibody Macbook Air is beautiful - Not so powerful
Today at the live event in Cupertino, Apple announced a few big things, OS X Lion was one of them, bringing an App Store to the Mac — but the most resonating announcement of the day was the new MacBook Air. The 11.6” 64GB model will sport a dual-core 1.4GHz processor, 1366 x 768 resolution, and a $999 starting price (which is a pretty good steal, considering the build quality), and an extra $200 ($1,199) for a 128GB SSD. The 13.3” 128GB model will have a 1.8 GHz dual-core processor and an option for a 256GB SSD which will start at $1,299 and jump up to $1,599 for a 256GB SSD drive…
