Integral microSD Card Reader review
Besides the iPhone, most smartphones nowadays rely on microSD cards for expandable storage. The issue is that most computers on the market do not come with a microSD card slot. Read on for our overview of the product!

Our Impressions
The Integral microSD card reader comes in a blister pack that is somewhat difficult to open. However, once you get it open, there isn’t much to worry about other than the card reader.
The reader itself is quite tiny as you might imagine. It looks like one of Logitech’s Unifying receivers, but with a cap. If you’re worried about losing the cap for such a tiny dongle, don’t worry. It’s secured to a thin string/lanyard that ends at a loop so that you can attach it to your keychain. The way this is designed us actually quite brilliant in that the cord never gets in the way and the cap is never in any risk of coming apart from the dongle. A tiny red LED lights up when you plug in the adapter.
microSD cards are easy to slide in and out of the reader and despite it’s plastic construction, the Integral card reader feels like it should last a while. Data transfer speeds are not compromised by the Integral microSD card reader. We got the same speeds through the USB port as we did through our SD card adapter.
Overall
Perhaps there isn’t a lot to say about the Integral microSD card reader but we also couldn’t find much fault with it. It’s just about everything we’d want in a portable microSD card reader. If you find yourself constantly having to transfer large files from your phone’s memory card to your computer (or vice versa) the Integral card reader is not a bad choice.
