    Yes, the Dev Team has recently let the Official iOS 4 PwnageTool tool out into the wild, and Mac Stories has written up a lovely guide on how to jailbreak your iPhone 3GS running iOS 4 (which will also work with the iPod touch). The Dev-teams blog post doesn’t really give you any instruction, but the Mac Stories how-to guide is great — go for it.
