Saudi Arabia bans BlackBerries for real
People in Saudi Arabia have been a little uneasy for a while as rumors floated around like windy dust in the desert, and finally after the dust settled, Saudi Arabia decided to slam down the ban-hammer. Saudi Arabia wants to ban the BlackBerries because they can’t easily snoop on public’s personal info, and are blaming RIM for the “issue”. RIM has bee famous for years treating its customers private data with care, and now a major fork in the road has popped up, and a hard re-set won’t fix it…
