Some Strange Things Are Happening in Portal
Alex TretropToday we also see some interesting news in the form of a Steam update for Portal. Many people on the Steam forums have uncovered a new acheivement, and strange radio messages when carrying an in-game radio to certain locations. When you find a particular location, you hear very short and quick audio files sounding like data dumps, transmissions, and technical talk, which many people are guessing means that a certain murderous AI from the game may be reawakening!
If you interested in speculating amongst others, there is a Steam forum post by Darth Tealc and another by Coffeecup showing off all the cryptic messages and pictures you can find amongst the game's files as well as a video showing off one such message (shown above)
