Super Fast Comcast 100 Mbps Broadband Arrives June 1

Holy cow! Thats a lot of very fast downloads (all at once) with a supposed 250GB cap - and a price that will make your credit card hand cramp. Yes ladies and gentlemen, for the “very low” price of $370 per month (wheeze), you get 100Mbps download, 15Mbps upload, a hefty cap of 250GB and it will all be available June 1st, but there are some catches…

Comcast is planning to bring the neck-breaking 100Mbps speed to its residential tier, and roughly 20% of costumers will have it available, before the end of the year. This is said to be a part of their Xfinity rebranding effort, but all I can say is “when do I get mine?”. There is much more to this story, including the release of multiple variants of the 100Mbps plan, but there have been no concrete details yet, but lets just say that faster internet is coming, sooner than we hoped (er, hopefully).
