The Force Unleashed 2: Collector's Edition News

With the official trailer hitting the streets this Friday on Gametrailers TV, it’s only fitting that we look at the PURE awesomeness of the newly revealed collector’s edition to Star Wars: the Force Unleashed 2. The original was, and is, still one of my favorite games and I just can’t wait to see what story arc they are going to take with the upcoming sequel. But anyway, let’s see what goodies are in store for those who spend a little extra change!

According to The Force Unleashed II’s official Facebook Page, this is the full package:

  • Premium Collectible SteelBook
  • Exclusive In-game Content which are 3 exclusive challenge mode levels.
  • Exclusive Ralph McQuarrie concept “Deak Starkiller” skin.
  • Exclusive Lightsabre crystal
  • Exclusive MIMOBOT designer 2GB USB flash:
  • Exclusive Starkiller USB flash drive pre-loaded with:
  • Digital Art Book giving insights into the art of The Force Unleashed II
  • Game script by Haden Blackman
  • Themed wallpapers

Now all that seems worth the price of the admission but let’s be honest, all we really want is that cool USB stick for our collections don’t we? And luckily, Gamestop isn’t going to break our bank either with a sweet listing price of only $79.99. And if LucasArts doesn’t have any unforeseen delays, Gamestop has it shipping out on October 26th, so why don’t you put a force choke on your wallet and squeeze out the extra little $20? I can’t wait to get mine!

No doubt we’ll be hearing more info, as well see some gameplay demos at E3 next week!
