Okay Geek Traffic Traffic live stats Twitter activity Facebook Page Image compress app Tips & Guidelines Report a problemWe saw this bubbling in the bowels of the interwebs, so we decided to post it here — this is a clip from Charlie Chaplin’s 1928 film “The Circus” where you see a man (or very rough lady) waddling down the street, talking to themselves. The strange part is that they seem to be holding something to their head, and they are holding it just like a cell phone.
Now, a lot would argue that they were just scratching their head, or shading their eyes from the sun, but after reviewing the clip, we noticed that after they passed the zebra and turned their head, they were clearly talking into their hand (or a phone).
