When it comes to online gaming there’s nothing more critical than your online speed. But where does your state stack up when compared to the rest of the USA? — (yeah, we’re singling out the yankees right now. Sorry, world) — Pando Networks, the content provider for such popular MMO’s like Maple Store, Lord of the Rings Online, and League of Legends went ahead and did a full scale comparison to see who’s got the fastest speeds when it comes to downloading games and/or patches.
