One of the biggest games in 2008 was Dead Space, for the sole reason it had the most frightning concept of any next-gen title — being alone in space with zombie-aliens trying to eat your face. Dead Space 2 takes place 3 years after Dead Space (2511), and protagonist Isaac Clarke isn’t doing so well. For those who aren’t likely to pick up a copy today but would like to watch the entire game unfold in 1080p, this is as good as it gets (without having the game of course)!
This amazing bundle of gameplay footage was shot by RydarGames on Youtube, who has done this in the past for other major releases like Bioshock 2, Kingdom Hearts: Birth by sleep and Left 4 Dead 2. Alternatively, you can find more info about Dead Space 2 on the un-official Wiki.
At the moment they’re only up to part 15, which we aren’t yet aware how far that is, but as they keep pushing forth through this nightmare in space more videos will be added.
