Windows 7 Still Has Security Holes?

Although Microsoft claims that Windows 7 is the most secure version of Windows yet, there are still plenty of vulnerabilities in Windows 7, scheduled for release in less than a month. Hackers have now learned to exploit code that causes a Windows 7 system to crash.

The reason for security flaws in Windows is a hotly debated topic. Some feel Windows is frequently attacked by hackers and others feel it is down to poorly coded Windows software.

Video:17 inch PS3 Slim laptop is Epic

This is a great example of people solving problems we didn't know we had. In this case, its in the form of a laptop, but not just any ol' laptop. Its a laptop with the guts of a PS3 Slim inside of it with a really nice 17-inch Gateway 1775w LCD throwing a 1280 x 720 pixel 16:9 resolution.

There's even space inside to tuck away the power cord when traveling. It is made by the infamous Ben Heck who also made the 1 handed Xbox 360 controller and many more inventions. But this tops them all.

Video: Robot power loader has giant arms - Is it useful?

This thing is the most badass, "useful" robotic power loader that a human wears. No doubt, if you piss off this thing, it will probably reach over and rip your head off, but it still is the best thing ever!

Now, it would be useful if it didn't move like a sloth and was more mobile, but I am sure there will be many versions of this beast and we will see lots more where this came from!

Leaked: Microsoft Courier demo Video shows us how we will use it.

The Microsoft curier tablet so far looks way cooler than the supposed Apple tablet and if the device functions like it is shown in the video, we are in luck. No-doubt Microsoft is going to need to pull their shorts up to compete with Apple in the tablet market, but they might have a leg up. More video after the break!

How much? Windows OEM Pricing revealed by Newegg

Well, its not really the fifty bucks that OEM's are said to be paying for it, but the pricing for individual OEM copies of Windows 7 has now finally been fully revealed by the guys at Newegg and, as expected, it's still a good deal cheaper than the full retail price.

The OS starts at just $99.99 (after a $10 discount) for a full version of Windows 7 Home Premium (compared to $199 retail), and go up to $134.99 for the OEM Professional edition, and just $174.99 for the Ultimate edition (also after a pre-order discount that's good until October 20th). These prices are not bad at all, but of course, there are a few limitations if you want to go the OEM route yourself, like not being able to transfer the license between PCs, and a complete lack of an upgrade option.

So the positives and negatives way themselves out pretty good, what do you think?
