If you're like me then you can't fall asleep in silence. I need something to make some kind of noise to get myself at peace and gently lull my way to dreamland. I've searched high and low all over the 'net trying to find perfect meditation and relaxation music, and everything I run into has too much ambiance to it. Just give me some noises, maybe some water flowing through a creek, that's all I want.
Well, as luck would have it I found such a site. It's called SoundSleeping.com, recommended by commenter Ferox from Lifehacker. I've tried it and it's better than any meditation album I've ever downloaded.
It's free to use the streaming service, but to download songs from their store it can cost you anywhere from $1.99 to $3.99 which isn't bad at all, especially when you get to preview them before purchasing.
