Apple's Jesus Phone Saves Man in Haiti While Waiting for Rescue
Who would've thought that the Jesus phone would indeed be responsible for a miracle? To one man the phone itself was his lifesaver. Don Woolley, an American filmmaker, who just happened to be down in Haiti during the ungodly earthquake unfortunately found himself under rubble that used to be the hotel lobby where he was staying. Being trapped for 65 hours with a compound fracture and cuts to his head the odds were against him, but luckily a first aid app he had downloaded on his iPhone prior helped him to patch himself up while waiting for rescue. And by using Apple's personal own miracle worker he set the phone's alarm to go off every 20 minutes to avoid falling asleep and going into shock.
Stuck in a life or death situation with no sign of immediate aide? There's an app for that.
