People Still use Windows 3.1 and use the internet?

Here at T3ch H3lp we get about 110,000 to 140,000 visits a month, but what suprizes us is that 0.01% of those hits are coming from an "operating environment" made 20+ years ago.
Yes, T3ch H3lp now receives 2 hits a month from Windows 3.1 and it is completely and utterly awesome! I knew that people around the world still use Windows 3.1, but they would choose to visit T3ch H3lp? I'm flattered.
We sure do have somewhat of a retro fan base, but this is taking it to the next level. Sure we get some visits from the Wii, PS3, and Even Windows NT, but Windows 3.1? -- made my day.
