Google Voice iPhone App Now Live

When Google first announced Google Voice, we got really excited. A new phone number we could connect to any phone we had? Better calling features then services we were paying for and Google Voice was free? Madness I tell you!

After a decent app was officially released for the iPhone, Apple quickly removed from the app store, mainly because Google voice did amazing things that AT&T and the iPhone could not — like listening to voicemails as they were being left, free texts, and more. 

Well the time has come and Apple has finally approved the long awaited Google Voice App. It’s very polished and I can’t wait to use it. Of course, you will need a Google Voice phone number but hey, it’s nice to have your own buisness line for free — Huzzah!

App Review: Road Hog for iPhone

I’ll be frank, I’ve never really liked racing games that much on the iPhone/iPod touch. But since I was sent this app to review I thought I’d give it a try. It’s not really a racing game per se, but an arcade style game where the objective is simple: to have fun. Sadly, the game is quite repetitive and you boredom sets in fast, yet somehow it manages to still worth checking out.

Road Hog is a 3rd person overhead racer, where the player drives around obstacles while trying to pick up stars and power-up cubes. There are several different power-up’s; a heath cube that gives you one heart, an invincibility cube, a weapon cube that allows you to shoot an incoming obstacle, and a freeze cube that slows things down allowing you to move around obstacles much easier. There is also a jump command that springs your car into the air. It doesn’t jump very high or far but it still helps in tight situations. If you try to jump over everything you will just damage your vehicle and you’ll eventually lose the race — Read on for more details.

Most Epic Halo Kill in History - Must have been the Old Spice Man

Okay, well it’s not really the Old Spice Guy playing but come on, who else could pull off something as awesome as this? Not only does the guy kill the banchee in mid-air, he jetpacks back into his own hornet and flies off to wreck more havoc. Pure, concentrated win. This is for sure one of the most epic Halo kills I have ever seen. What do you think?

In 2003 a man named Mark Zuckerberg, played by Jesse Eisenberg, started a company now known as Facebook - a 25 billion dollar company that would have the 4th largest population if it were a country.
