Bungie - Something big coming to Halo

Bungie has associated itself, disassociated, and now re-associated itself to the Halo franchise. More recently though, they’ve been hyping up the Halo: Reach gravy train like nobody’s business, but that’s not all they’re talking about:

So what is the community consensus on this? A new Reach trailer, a Live-Action movie trailer, or a new game involving everyone’s favorite Spartan, Master Chief?
