Penny Arcade reveals Ocean Marketing PR is poo poo

One of the most curious and yet useful controller peripherals we’ve seen to date was premiered by N-Controller with its Avenger release. The bad thing however is the choice in PR firm, which would represent this product and communicate to customers. Ocean Marketing Inc. was put in charge, and subsequently Paul Christoforo was now the Avengers’ marketing guy, who also runs (read as: ran) Ocean’s twitter account. Well, after a monumental failure in customer communication, Paul was contacted by Penny Arcade’s Gabe, who stepped in to moderate the email conversation and bring it to the mainstream. — More after the break!

Nothing could make you feel like you’re in the northern most region of Skyrim than this stunning Christmas light rendition of the game’s theme. Now all we needed was a life-size Dragon statue breathing fire and the scene would’ve been complete. I guess we’ll just have to stick to our in-game worlds for that, or pretend we have an invisible dragon glitch…

It’s been nearly two years to the day when we first reported news about Gilerbto Sanchez, a.k.a. the guy who uploaded the leaked, unfinished version of the Oscarworthy, Marvel masterpiece X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Well, the verdict has come and its been decreed upon this evil man who would dare share such a crappy movie with millions of would-be piraters, that he be given 1 full year in a federal prison. Marvel and DC superwomen are breast cancer awareness advocates

While not officially licensed by DC Comics, these breast awareness ads couldn’t be any more of a tasteful and classy depiction of our female superheroes. To fight crime is one thing, but to also do PSA’s for the continued protection and well being of Earth’s citizens goes above and beyond. Drawn up by artist Maísa Chaves (on deviant art as Halfy), these comic book heroines were used in ads during the annual Mozambique Fashion Week (Dec. 5th - 10th), in which breast cancer awareness was being campaigned for. — More after the break!

Hideo Kojima talks Metal Gear Rising, MGS5 starring The Boss and Cobra Unit -- (Video)

Since the re-announcement of Metal Gear Solid Rising it would seem that Kojima cannot stop talking about it and is having a hard time shutting up on the subject — not that it’s a bad thing. He’s been retweeting people’s reactions to the new game in Olympic fashion, and he’s even released a couple of interviews and behind the scene stuff on the development of Rising. But in one such interview, Kojima-san interestingly faded away from Rising and started talking about the possible concepts that might be going into the next numbered Metal Gear Solid game; one that might star “The Boss” and her legendary Cobra Unit invading Normandy during World War 2.
