New Blendtec video - iPad, Will it blend?

Will the iPad blend, that is the question! - By the looks of it, yes it will, and my oh my what a mess. Apples new gadget dubbed the iPad has been taken hold by Tom Dickson and the Blendtec team, and stuffed into a blender. They manage to fit the 9.7 inch iPad into the blender by literally smashing it in half against the blender, then prying it in two pieces and stuffing the parts into the blender, all while and episode of “Will it blend?” is actually playing on the iPad. This will make Apple fans cry, and iPad haters give hi-fives to eachother - Video after the break!

What were you expecting after seeing those lines at the Apple store? - almost a million people united in front of retail stores to buy a new product. Does this ever happen? Well, through all the predictions that the iPad is going to be a “flop” and that it was going to be Apple’s next cube, the iPad showed us that in fact 700,000 people were so excited, so interested and so passionate about a giant iPod that they would buy it on pure impulse. We’ve talked about Square in the past - the new and up-coming platform to accept payments anywhere, anytime on the iPhone, Android, and now the iPad. The iPad (I feel) is the device Square has been hoping for, being able to make a portable, functional cash register that can accept payments just like the iPhone app, but seemingly better. The new iPad app takes the core functionality of the iPhone app, and makes it bigger, more spaced out and seems to add a bit more functionality in terms of ease of use, and flexibility. Steve Jobs Dunk Tank at Google Headquarters

They are treating the whole iPad release day thing well - by spending lunch at Google Headquarters throwing god knows what at a fake Steve Jobs sitting over a dunk tank. Looking through all the hate that is pulsating through their veins, it sounds sounds to me like a party! Yes Steve may be hated by every other mobile device company everywhere by pushing out a “useless piece of junk” and having it make millions of people go crazy over it.
