Ever since @RicardoTrejo reviewed the ts02+ headphones, I have been asking him if they would be right for me because they looked awesome, and the whole “wood earphone casing” thing is super awesome. I was worried that it was all about the style, and (like most headphone makers) the actual sound quality would be second priority. Final thoughts of my own
Using the ts02+’s, it’s obvious that the quality is here and that the sound you get from these things is astounding, but I can’t help but wonder why these types of headphones were invented. I mean, sure they help get rid of outside noise, but I don’t feel right using these while walking around — I can’t hear whats going on around me.
If you’re planning to use these headphones outside, don’t — use these for times when you don’t need to worry about what’s going on around you, like when your working out, or watching a movie on your Laptop. Personally, I have LOVED having these for when I drum, because I can listen to music and drum along without the worry of wrecking my eardrums. Two thumbs up from me!
