Just several hours after Apple announced their latest build of iOS and distributed said OS in beta form to developers, Musclenerd and Co were able to jailbreak iOS 5 on a fourth generation iPod Touch. According to current information, the jailbreak was achieved through an exploit in the limera1n jailbreak.
