ITG xpPhone: its roomier than a Mini Cooper
Isn’t it funny how fashions come back into play? Take this for instance: it’s the ITG xpPhone, and minus its slide-out QWERTY keyboard, touchscreen, and OS — which just so happens to be Windows XP — it looks as though its circa 1980. Wait, we take that back; it’s not fair on the gargantuan phones of the 80’s and early 90’s. Sure, you could argue that the Dell Streak is similar in size, but at least that thing’s thin — ultimately, resulting in a more phone-esque user experience. Despite its inexcusable, utterly ridiculous size, we do have two positive points to make about it. Instead of living in fear that you’ll inevitably be mugged someday (although we pray you aren’t) you could simply pull out your ITG xpPhone and throw it at your attacker(s) — problem solved, their unconscious. Secondly, this device has finally given us a reason to buy that gold plated Stuart Hughes brick phone (after all, if you’re going to waste your money on basic housing materials, you may as well end up with a gold one). Video after the break.
