Monster Hunter making its way onto iOS next month worldwide

The insanely popular adult version of Pokemon, otherwise known as Monster Hunter is making the jump from one portable to another — this time onto the iOS devices. Monster Hunter has been on every console under the sun, more recently on PSP and has been one of the top selling franchises every year in Japan, probably due to its grind fests and repetitive gameplay — yep, that’s what they call entertainment. Well, then again it’s not like you’re capturing fuzzy little dudes with balls; no, in Monster Hunter you’re a decked out warrior traversing an island for the sole purpose of taking out a variety of huge dinosaurs and creatures. Interested now?

After watching some gameplay you might think it’s an Infinity Blade clone, and you may be right seeing as it uses pretty much the same control/tap scheme. Regardless, iOS device owners will get their shot in Monster Hunter Dynamic Hunting sometime next month when the game launches globally.
